Had a 3 lb. loss for a total of 10 lbs. so far...yipppeee! I think the exercising is really helping speed things along.
A friend and I have made the commitment to run/walk a 1/2 marathon in May, so I will begin training in about a week. Every extra pound gone will surely help!
