Had a bad week last week where everyone wanted to eat everything off of every kind of take out menu, and I didn't even blink. I just ate. I figured out had gained at least a few pounds but I had been back to eating better a few days and I have actually lost a couple of pounds. Right now I'm striving only for a calorie deficit. Later I'll try to balance out what is better for me. I have substituted a lot of better recipes and making better choices at restaurants but if I want pizza I just eat 2 slices instead of 4. We all have to start somewhere.
