Feeling kind of discouraged, I have been stuck at the same weight for several weeks now, I feel like I should be loosing weight since I have been tracking my calories. I had been keeping track of my measurements, but then deleted those so I have nothing to compare new ones too.

Do the clothes feel looser? I'm dealing with a plateau myself, and find it challenging. At this point I try to feed the body electrolytes and bare minimum of meat, plus a little fat for tummy comfort. Focus on maintaining the lean part of me, and hope the energy I need come from the body fat. Use intermittent fasting too. I believe with your determination, you will crack this.

Looking at your food diary you are eating more carbs than anything else. Today I will have 19 carbs, you have 178. I'm doing Keto so that works for me but, unless you are running a marathon or working in the field, carbs are usually stored as fat if not burned off. Cut your carbs, and especially stop eating breads and the weight will drop off.

Sound like it’s time for a 2-3 day fast. It does wonders. I lose 12 lbs on a 7 day fast.

basically tea, coffee etc. just lots of liquids. I do the 16:8 fast which is 16 hours no eating and 8 hours eating. It is an easier way to start to try it out. last meal at
XXX and no food for 16 hours. you can have your coffee or tea in the morning. then at the 16 hour mark you can eat good choices in that 8 hours. then fast again.

Keto Diet do make it easy and good fun to loose. Hunger and cravings practically disappear. Worthy of checking out. Can be done gradually, to make it more comfortable. Big bonus is that the weight you've worked hard to loose, will stay off.
