Grew up in a bread, milk, fish, meat and potato country. Have since learned about Ketogenic Lifestyle and Intermittent Fasting, and feel grateful!
Lost most of my weight by doing one meal a day on a salad/vegetable rich Keto. I had my meal at breakfast time.
Experienced a lot of stomach discomforts from this plant rich version, and found my happiness in the carnivorous version.
Now in maintenance, and will keep plants and carbs low for feeling great. Allow occasional plants in social events and such.
