Had a restless night and also hurting.up at 7:30 to get ready to go to TOPS, didn't lose, but gained 4 pounds, surely not where I wanted to be, but also not surprised as have not felt really well for the last 2 or3 weeks. Not sure of the cause but know I have to turn this trend around.....fast. Eloise only lost a pound after 3 weeks of no movement up or down and overall the whole group of TOPS have been on an upswing too. The pollen has been really brutal this year and many of us aren't leaving the house or being active outside and the temps have been up and down so you don't even know how to dress. I don't REALLY think that's the problem, but not really sure why my normal WOE has just not been satisfying.
Well it's over and I must go on, I lost 3 pounds last week so I'll investigate how I did it. Have a great Thursday all.

Hang in there. Keep in mind that, as I understand it, if you are fighting allergies what you could be seeing is water retention. Also, again as I remember and understand what I've read, most OTC allergy meds also can cause weight gain. These may be a contributing factor. Maybe some google fu can reveal some strategies to counter act that.
