I noticed that all the focus is on how much and what you eat. It seems almost food is an obsession that everyone wants to conquer. I am humbly suggesting to all how about substituting food with the zest in living. Socializing, staying active, volunteering and searching why food has become that important. So important that you have to take pictures of it. Again deeply sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings. This is just a suggestion from a caring person.
