Woohoo - the scales finally caught up with all my hard work over the last couple of weeks!!
I've now lost 25% of my original body weight - I'm 3/4 of the person I was back in July last year! How crazy is that??

So glad to hear that the scales have finally caught up for you and showing all the wonderful effort that you've been putting in! Hopefully my own will catch up soon, as they seem to have gone on a bit of a go slow at the moment... I'll have to give them a good talking to and see if that will help! You have done such a fantastic job there though and it's wonderful to hear that you've now lost 25% of your bodyweight... WOOHOO!!!!! Glad your enjoying all the Salsacising and hope you'll like the Dyna-Band one too. It's certainly got some different exercises, so I'm sure you'll enjoy having even more variation.
