I'm up a half pound this week. Well, that's ok. It would be nice to lose every week, but that's not likely. As long as the overall trend is in the right direction, I'm happy. This evening is a planned meal off the program. My grandson is preparing a birthday (his own!) pasta dinner for the family. I am going to enjoy but not go crazy. Have a great week.
