I have worked 15 days straight and had very little sleep these past 5 days, which meant I ended up eating everything in sight, so it is an expected gain even with some exercise.
I wont give up though... just going to start again today.
Good luck everyone, this journey isn't an easy one.

it isn't easy, just checked and I'm stuck on 61, we can do it because we know when we eat badly, and also when we on track with the correct dietary choices and exercise. Life does happen, but we strong, and can do it, as daedt says, hang in there...
