YAY another drop and have officially left club ONEderland (100kg)

My next goal is to hit 95kg in hopefully the next few weeks. Still eating about 1300 -1500 calories a day…sometimes more if I indulge in takeout & alcohol. Doing my 30 minutes of exercise a day is also helping. Also glad to have finished my stepbet

Did my first 10km race for the year on Saturday in Paarl at the Drakenstein Correctional Centre( the prison where Nelson Mandela spent the last part of his imprisonment for campaigning against apartheid.)…glad to be back at walk/jog thing
