lol...yay! Great journal entry...short and sweet :D Hey, I'm proud and excited for you. I have been at it now for 4 weeks and 14 lbs. I was actually listed at "210" whenever I started it but I gained weight and actually started on 1/14/08 for this time around that I'm making progress. I havent seen my scale starting with a 3 digit # lower than 2 in 7 1/2 years...I cant WAIT. I changed my goal from the "10" lbs that I had to lose to begin with, now down 20 more to 180. 1 month, almost 15 lbs...maybe 1 1/2 months for the 20. I figure 3 more months HARD CORE like this will get me way lower than what I want to be (well, hopefully I dont stall) and then I can go back on a "semi" normal eating pattern. I'm not saying that I'll begin pigging out and become the fat butt that I have been...but I may start to add in some small meals of the normal stuff every 2 or 3 days instead of cheating every once in a while (like right now where I'm doing no more than 1 time a week)
