Broke my 2LB streak! This week IS 3LBS GONE!!!! So that brings me to a total of 40 WHOPPING LBS!!! Getting OUT of those eighties soon-WOO HOO!

Spent 4 HRS doing "yardio"(term from my buddy Glen)and was TIII-RED! So the fam had to fend for themselves last night...so I made that awesome veggie/cheese(fat free of course) lasanga this morning--and got a pasta facial in the process :) Just heat up & serve-easy as pie and twice as yummy ♥
