Dang it...I thought I might lose more than 1 lb in 7 days. Hopefully it was 1 lb of ADIPOSE TISSUE and not H20! (day 20 of induction = total 12 pounds)

The problem today is I am not hungry. I did eat dinner, but only because I think I had to. Should we force ourselves to eat when we are not hungry?

Often, I roll my eyes and look at the clock at those prescribed meal times (sigh). But, I don't want my metabolism to crash (per se); so, I eat... sparingly, during those times.
