Hiello to y'all- I love middie pearl - regularity is back - I don't know if cleanse or my diet did it - today lunch i'll eat Chinese (hibachi grill) - (salmon , cabbage, green beans , hot sour soup and watch amount of mushrooms, shrimp in hot sauce and butter - I don't worry about so much of these fats cause the body needs some of these / I go with pops who is gonna be 88 this year and a Korean War vet (marines) .I am proud of him and he is my hero .
Tonight church and then probably ruby Tuesday salad bar - that rocks / they have artichoke hearts ,watch how many , toasted broccoli with some kind of heat , crushed red pepper I think and it's good, ham , tomato, cucumber , romaine, bacon, and ranch , yeah I know , and water and unsweetened tea -
I tried the cleanse as an experiment - I learned I need potassium a little more some how and potatoes once in awhile would accomplish that - I'll do mashed probably - banana or banana smoothie would accomplish that also - the liquid I drank was probably a good thing - it was concentrated nutrients ( souplike) and right up my alley -
I want to do some bacon , lettuce and tomato , maoyannaisse sandwich with potato bread - what are your thoughts on the bread ? I miss this a lot and need some way to hold it in hand and potato bread tasty -
