2 meals yesterday - ate a lot of carbs but body burning good - moved a bunch of 60 pound boxes yesterday , did some mediitatiion , after a long mental week - got a lot accomplished this week and cut through some stuff dragging me down . I came out on on top so far .....
Meals yesterday , broccoli , hot sour soup, fish baked, chicken baked, cucumbers and tomatoes - I'm sure 1200 calories - for lunch .
Dinner - 2 pieces buffalo chicken pizza (jets ) - Dinner salad with ranch - tomatoes , cucumber , lettuce - Calories - 1500 I'm sure -
This meal I planned on and knew my effects -
I learned about potassium today - white potatoes , sweet potatoes, broccoli , tomato sauce no salt , black beans, bananas, wild salmon, yogurt(I know there are different types ), Swiss chard , among others are great in this I learned- Potassium is good to relieve constipation , hyperglycemia which has psoriasis as 1 side effect , kidney function , heart issues - I have had the constipation a little and psoriasis this winter so I am detecting shortness of Proud potassium - I will eat more of these foods and check out the results and also consult my Dr of course -
