HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!
It's been a crazy festive season with lots of indulging especially after my sister had her baby on 26th December and officially made me an uncle :)
Today I start my journey again. My weight has shot up as expected and my official weight this morning is 121kg. My goal is to get to under 100kg on or before my birthday in April :) This goal is somewhat flexible since I don't really care what my weight is because my focus is on fat loss with weight loss being a bonus. I'm going back to gym in a week or two and want to increase muscle mass which will add weight to my overall weight.
I would like to wish all of you an amazing year ahead :)
