Doing keto pretty much on the fly but need to plan more and better. There's bone broth making in the crockpot and a pan with boiled eggs to make egg salad and deviled eggs, plus three Baggies of premeasured chicken from a roasted whole chicken from the grocery store and the remaining pork country cut ribs I made last night

Maybe I am doing better than I think - after all, I am losing weight. Anyway I am feeling well though so I'm probably not yet in ketosis. And I'm not drinking enough water - all things I need to address this coming week.
