Guess I'm glad I didn't find that magazine after all. Hope you did better at finding the fresh spearmint leaves that I did. I have searched everywhere here and couldn't find anything. Have you tried that water?
What cereal do you eat? For breakfast I usually eat 2 pieces of Nature's wheat lite bread (2 pieces is one point), with egg..kind of an egg sandwich. For lunch I usually have a cup of soup which is 2 or 3 pts. of course I snack on carrots all day. I sometimes have these little pretzel nuggets that have peanut butter in them, 10 of them are 3 pts. THEN supper is the problem cooking for my husband and sister. A friend who goes to WW gave me a good recipe for Taco soup which is good...do you have it? Or I do a lot of chicken. Well, hang in there....we are going to make it!!
