My official weight this morning is 117.9kg.
This week has been a disaster in terms of my eating. My appetite has increased greatly and I think it's because I've increased my weight training at gym.
I've not been recording the food I've eaten and I've not being able to have my usual fast days.
Time to refocus and plan for a more dedicated week next week.
Yesterday I started a new training method that I've been reading about. I'll mention it in more detail in about a month or so after monitoring my results from it.
