Doing pretty good, my birthday was Wed. so was a little overboard on food and beverage :-) Feeling good though, still working out and following my RDI. and recording everything. Helping the kids move this weekend and another birthday celebration on Sat. Hoping to do well, but willing to let myself enjoy too. Here's to a good week!! I am feeling great about my accomplishment so far, focusing on how far I have come and not how far I have to go...
