Finally busted through my plateau! Increased my protein and fat intake, measured out my vegetables (I think I was eating too many), and added some exercise. Gotta keep pushing hard...36 days till the wedding!!
Had major sugar cravings yesterday due to the time of the month. Supplemented the cravings with the Atkins bars, since the sweetness of them helps to stave off my cravings for the carbs. Confident that will go away in the next day or two. Otherwise I have had no cravings. :)
