My official weight this morning is 115.2kg.
I am sure I would have dropped more weight if I was not working out at gym this week. I have started increasing the weight to induce muscle growth and I totally understand that sore muscles will retain water so my rate of weightloss each week will be lower than before when I was losing weight without working out.
On the other hand, increasing my muscle mass will mean I can burn more calories in a day. I've never been fixated on weight and my goal was fat loss with weight loss being a side effect of that :)
One thing I can be sure of is that my strength is increasing each week and I love it!
