Spent last weekend finalizing all the details of our wedding with our vendors, and it finally 'felt real'. A week out and it finally sinks in that I'll be marrying the kid I've known since 7th grade, who can make me laugh in the face of the worst pain imaginable, who understands when to give me space without me saying a word, who keeps me sane.
There's a program called 'Real Appeal' offered through my employer's health insurance that is basically weight loss coaching sessions. I'm three weeks in, and so far its pretty basic stuff. Next week's session is around food and meal planning (which is my downfall. Don't mind exercising, but my eating habits are an issue).

PS - This will most likely be my last pre-wedding weigh-in, as I head out Thursday and won't have access to the scale I use for consistency purposes.
