I really started being more cognizant again this week. I also started trying to take a walk during my lunch hour. Part of that is just to really get a break. It seems that even though I am eating lunch that people are okay with asking me work questions. Which I don't mind but then I don't get a break. So I am eating and then heading out the door. The fact that the temps have dropped helps also. Here's to another great week of making good choices.
