{{{So somehow I managed to lose half a pound, despite my frustration with myself, no morning workout, and binge-eating yesterday. It's only half, but it's better than gaining a few pounds (or even just one). I really gotta push myself today, since the weekends are always my "bad days". Overall, this week hasn't gone as planned. It was a "low week" for my weight happiness....but I can't give up. At least not yet. I really hope I can get to my goal weight and stay there for a while.}}}
***TODAY's FOOD*** 1.)Breakfast: Visalus shake (2oz. Almond Milk Original, water, ice, shake mix, cinnamon, 2 drops of almond extract) 2.)Lunch: Visalus shake (shake mix, almond extract, cinnamon, water, ice) 3.)Snack: Cliff Granola Bar (White Choc. & Macadamia Nut) 4.)Dinner: Rotisserie chicken, white rice, steamed cabbage with freshly chopped tomatoes & green onions. 5.)Dessert: "Hello Panda" choco biscuits {{{It's been a while since I ate steamed rice. I miss it, but I try not to eat it that often because of all the carbs. Then again, I ate sweets today, so I don't think ANYTHING helped me. I worked out, but I doubt it'll do much for tomorrow's weigh-in.}}}
***EVENING WORKOUT*** Treadmill stats... Time: 45min. 2sec. Distance: 2.64 miles (10.1 laps) Incline: 6.5 Speed: 3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 mph Burned: Calories: 424 Fat Cals: 132 {{{These past few days have been a struggle for me. The lack of motivation makes working out less fun/exciting. It feels like it takes longer to get to my 44 minutes now. Maybe because I know in my mind that I'm not losing weight fast enough AND keeping it off. It makes me lose hope. And then I lose stamina. Like this week...I gained...and then only lost half a pound. And yet...I haven't really lost much weight since I started working out and "dieting". Maybe like 5 pounds since the beginning of March. It's frustrating for me. I feel like nothing I do matters...}}}
