Really feeling upset that I have gained again :( I feel as though I have gained alot of weight quickly, and I'm not sure if it's completely right on the scale. I have found that my weight seems to fluctuate alot. Sometimes it seems that it can fluctuate as much as 5-7 pounds. I have heard this is common for women. Have any other women found this to be true?? I really wanna keep going strong and workout more!!
