Woohoo! I weighed 145.5 at home this morning and 147.4 at Weight Watchers - a 2.8 lb weight loss in the past 2 weeks - I'm very happy! The sun is TRYING to shine here and it's 40 degrees....I may have to ride my bike this afternoon!

What are you doing???? That is awesome. I will be so jealous if you get to ride your bike outside. Congrats on the weight loss - You skinny thing you!!!! You will be the most fit grandma in the world.

Great job CathyJo! You showed that plateau who was boss! You are inspiring me not to give up. It's hard not to get discouraged when weeks go by without much change, but it is all working, right?! :)
