didn't get to walk for the 2nd day in a row...I was extrememly tired today and thought it not a good idea. My easting was out of whack today due to schedule. Yesterday my kidney stone was acting up and it was way to late to walk safely by myself at the park.

I've had stone pain in the past too, so sorry to hear of your pain!
On a side note: do you like the Caramel Advantage shakes? I've just started using them with the milk chocolate (kinda watery). Just wondering.
