It's the start of day 4. That means no afternoon snack for the last phase, days 4-6. The hardest part for me so far has been boredom since I have to eat the same thing for each meal, (eggs for breakfast, chicken, rice and veggies for lunch, salad and salmon for dinner). I'm missing variety. Another pound down, but I am a bit worried about what will happen when I am done with my experiment. Moderation will be key for me. Heading to the gym now for my walk.
