I set my "How closely followed" to poorly, as yesterday was not Indulgence Day. Today is. However, this week it'll be kind of two days - Daughter's 18th birthday WILL be affecting my weight loss journey. :)

It's okay, it happens once in her life, and we ARE throwing some good stuff into the calorie mix too.

Today will be a short, short journal, I hope to write more tomorrow. If not, then I will definitely be fully back here on Monday.

I gained 1 lb, 500 grams, after yesterdays sushi adventure. I'm thinking it's partially food, partially calories and ESPECIALLY the soy sauce doing this to me. It's okay. It'll be gone in no time.

Enjoy indulgence day - I assume you didn't manage to get the low sodium soy sauce.

SkInny, I did get some, but it was so thick it was unhandleable... It just seemed pointless for sushi. :/ Oh, well...

You aren't really on a weight loss journey anylonger, it's more of a journey to health...you're within 3kg of your goal weight, I'd say you've made it to your destination...so having a stumble here or there isn't the end of the world, just don't lose sight of what you have accomplished...and I don't think there is much danger of that...enjoy your daughters BIG DAY!! I have 5 more years to go before that one...scary!! Later.
