Down two more pounds this week. Also hit a goal of doing 5 miles in my hour on the elliptical. (Did 5.2 today... Previous best was 4.76.) Its crazy, I've lost 36 pounds this year, I'm lifting heavier, I'm running faster, yet some part of me feels I haven't changed. I guess this is why I never stuck to a diet longer than a month prior to this year is because I never saw changes. But now that I'm actually weighing myself weekly and joined a gym back in March, I can see that I'm making all kinds of vast improvements, whether I can convince myself they're real or not, and that's enough to keep me going!
