I was expecting this gain. My official weight this morning is 98.9kg after this 0.6kg gain.
I'm suspecting that I am retaining some water weight due to the bicep dumbbell curls and dumbbell chest flyes that I am doing at home. This week I had a few days where I did 30 bicep curls in the morning, at midday and then again in the evening. Then some days I added 30 dumbbell flyes after doing 30 bicep curls. I'm
