Yeah, about that five pound increase... I've really have no feasible excuses that will pass the muster. It all comes down to poor decisions.

Between fighting off allergies from our early spring to indulging in an over abundance of barbecue because it's the grilling/rodeo cook-off season... Throw in a weeklong family road trip through New Mexico and Arizona featuring such delights as green chiles and fry bread.... Let's just say it's been a recipe for diet disaster.

It's now time to get back on track.

You can do this, but I would not take the whey protein, stick to real food and real food protein. Watch the condiments, most of them have too much sugar.
