It's Saturday, it's weekend, and I am a whole kg down since yesterday.
Yes, my stomach is finally better, not hurting too much and I am in a good mood.
As always, weigh-in/journal on the weekends will be short - in 15 minutes Wife and I are heading out in the blistering cold (-12 degrees centigrade) to get on the bus to my Brother's house, so celebrate the 18th birthday of my nephew.
As always, it's scary to see what will happen food wise - but it's okay as it's Saturday which means Indulgence Day.
I just gotta try to do somewhat good - I'd love to NOT go over 80 again. Ever. Let's see if I can do it. Not sure.
