UNDER 100KG AGAIN!!!! :D :) LOVING IT!!!

My official weight is now 99.6kg and I am really happy to drop below 100kg again :D It feels just like the first time I did it which was before last year's xmas season.

I'm so excited that I am not even hungry!

I've decided to fast until 8pm tonight so last meal was Tuesday night so roughly it will be a 48 hour fast and I am going for an all you can eat buffet supper that is also serving chisa nyama(braai meat) :D Oh I am going to enjoy supper tonight!!!!

My goal is to beat my lowest weight of 98.5kg before my birthday in April.

Well done BBO... keep it up. So when you fast like this don't you eat anything, but what are you allowed to drink? I would also like to try a few fast days like this.

Thanks everyone!!! :D :) Gyming I have evolved to the advanced form of fasting where I only consume water, green tea, coffee(nescafe classic with 15ml milk and no sugar) and sugar free cooldrinks(coke zero). I initially started with fast days where I would eat after midday(Intermittent Fasting) and keep calories to 500 calories(5:2 Fast Diet). Then eventually I started skipping lunch as well and then skipped supper too which gave me 40 hour fasts of no food. Now I have been able to push it to 48 hour fasts and last year I did a 60 hour fast once. Its all about the mind, planning, experimenting, failing and trying again :)

Congradz BBO I can only do intermittent fasting and then I just give in but you are now inspiring me to do better. Keep it up

Lhathembi once u get to midday, make a cup of green tea or coffee or have water and just push your food to 1pm. The following week push your food to 2pm and each week push it to another hour further and eventually it will become easier to skip lunch and just have supper.

Yolanda my bday is on the 12th of April. When is yours? After this weekend I need to refocus and exert some discipline on weekends.
