Good day except for the hard candy in the evening but that's ok. Got to find some better salad places for lunch - why is it so hard??

What don't you like about your salad place? Try ready made salad from the grocery store. It comes in a plastic bowl with a varity of ingredients placed seperately so you can choose not to include them. It even comes with a fork.
