Honestly thought this would be easier. However, it's only day 4. I think I need to set a reward- if I get to my goal weight I will buy a new swim suit. No more shorts and tank top for swimming this summer.

I love that idea! It isn't easy to keep going, but it does get easier the longer you are in it. I* am on Day 7 of total commitment because I gained a few pounds over the holidays. I started a couple of times, but this one has taken hold and the cravings are diminishing.

im working on my rewards too i thought id do it every 10lb so i hope itll be fun. bathing suit tho that sounds exciting i cant wait to get something.
