I switched to WW. It has worked for me in the past, so I am giving it another try. I haven't been working out the past three weeks, but I am startinganother boot camp session the Monday after Thanksgiving. Hopefullly, the intense workouts will help melt the pounds off. The goal is 125 and holding by Spring Break--CRUISE!!!

Good luck! Remember that with a lot of intense exercise, sometimes it takes a while to show up on the scale. You might go down a size or two without losing a pound. But you will look lean and strong. The scale is only one idicator of success. Keep eating healthy and exercising and you will look amazing for your cruise.
