I really think the logging every thing in the morning of what I am going to eat all day is helping me when I get tempted during the day, I think to myself, I can't eat that I am already at this calorie count. That's great and I just really started that yesterday but I'm eating every 2 hours get aprox. 1200 cal. Per day and not feeling hungry.

Yes, I log my calories the day before. If I really want something I think of the trade off or I think do I want to be at my caloric intake ( I operate in a fluctuating caloric deficit with cheat days being days I eat up to my caloric intake). This tricks my body to not store fat. So far, I am down 3.6 lbs in 6 days. Keep up the Good Work!
