Finally found a new battery for my scale, now I'm back to weighing myself. Sad to see I've gained a couple of pounds. :(

Still not able to hit the treadmill or elliptical since I've pulled that muscle in my calf. Lack of meaningful exercise could possibly be the reason I've seen a up jump on the scale. I've pretty much stuck with doing the arm exercise machines at the gym, but apparently that's not quite enough.

Hoping to at least hang steady through this setback.
