Lotus, I find that being off for a short amount of time, like a day, will add considerable water weight. Don't let this discourage you. Just start all over and learn from this what your weaknesses are and how they affect you, your body, and your weight loss. Best of luck to you.

Yes, if your on Atkins, it is most likely water weight. Just get back on your plan and keep going. You will be fine.
