OHHHHH YESSSS!!! I've dropped into the 100kg range! My official weight this morning is 100.8kg!!!

Closer and closer to that 100kg milestone!!! Only 0,8kg left to hit 100kg :D I'm sure I can do it before the end of this month and get to that 99kg double digit range!!!

The shocking thing to most people would be that I have not been to gym in the last 7 weeks and I'm not doing any home exercises/workouts :) What I want people to take note of is that I have a very high body fat percentage so I have alot to lose and weight loss is a side effect of fat loss. Don't ever look at another person losing weight and think that you are not able to lose. You MUST understand your body and accept your rate of weight loss as proportional to your body fat percentage.
