Starting again (yesterday) on the '17 Day Diet' after a way-too-long holiday season. I had made the conscious decision to eat reasonably but not necessarily healthfully (heh) between Thanksgiving and New Years. That time is now behind me and I'm back to eating better. I'm happy to see there was no [i]severe[/i] damage and I expect that I'll be back to my previous weight within a week... certainly less than two. Good to be back!
