One Week on Low Carb! Things are getting easier in second week, i almost threw in the towel. The Side effect were too much on me. But Yippie! from 89 to 84.

Hey, I'm new here thanks for the Buddy request ....Wow, way to go!!! Your a Super inspiration .... I jumped online because, I was passing the candy in the supermarket line and I thought no no no. So you just confirmed why I need to stay on track....it help me. Thanks!

Enjoy the big drop at the start of this. Weight will continue to fall away, but slower in subsequent weeks. Good job sticking with the tough initial week.
