I've been fluctuating a lot over the past few days around the 160-161 area. Trying to mindfully do better. I have a lot of work on my plate currently, but I have erased some drama from my life which erases stress. Hopefully I'm on the up and up! Also my best friend bought a fitbit so I finally have someone to motivate me/ motivate.
