I expected this....but I really want to try harder. I know what I have to do to do better, some habits are just so hard to break. It really starts at the grocery store and not giving in. Depression makes you do crazy things...I'm close enough to my highest weight that I feel apprehensive... at least I've been motivated to go to the gym more... would have gone yesterday but there was torrential rain. I'm determined to go today, I have no excuse....I'm still kind of scared of this whole thing... I wish I was back in the motivation that got me started with this whole thing, after having lost at least 15 pounds....I was in a good mental state for that sort of thing.
