Happy Saturday! Very relieved I only gained 0.1 lbs. With that small blessing in my heart, went for a walk along the seawall right after the meeting lol. Awed as always by the magnificent expanse of water meeting horizon, the welcome breeze off the inlet, caps on the waves, and pungent smell of ocean.
Need to work on tracking food fastidiously. Carpe diem.:)

While living on the Gulf Coast, I would walk the seawall daily, listening to taped sermons and singing, "How Great Thou Art." How could anyone not recognize God's awesomeness when looking at an ocean? Today, I live on the South Plains and am inspired again by the wide open spaces and the awesomeness of God. I love traveling because I can see up close and personal all that God created. BTW, a .1 gain is probably just an extra touch of God's glory. Enjoy your weekend.

Awww Gwen. That was so sweet to read, thanks! The Gulf Coast would be awesome! I live in the Pacific Northwest, on the coast of British Columbia, Canada. How true - everywhere is God's genius and splendour. And up close when travelling is the best! Wow - that's what I was doing as well - listening to an inspirational audio (Weigh Down Workshop) and bonding with God. :) They say that "How Great Thou Art" is Billy Graham's favorite. Top 5 for me for sure! Hope you have a wonderful weekend too!
