Thanks everyone :) I know I can lose at a faster rate if I become more strict with my eating but I am comfortable with this rate since I get to enjoy life whilst still losing :) I have a few tweaks that I want to try like making my Sunday a low carb day as well. I'm just 3kg away from breaking the 100kg mark :D
