Very pleased with a pound loss this week. Was not expecting it as I went out two nights in a row drinking and eating. One of the nights was spent at a fun boules/petanque evening,(the French game), a fish and chip supper was included. Mmmm! -- So I will try really hard next week to stay within my RDI.
