No loss this week but I'm sure it's because I exceeded my carb limit on Tuesday and went over my RDI that I allocated for my Tuesdays and I blame this on the cold and the rain! lol! It wasn't bad carbs, I ate alot of lentils in a hot n spicy mutton and lentils supper.
I also didn't go to gym for this last week.
Let's see if my weight drops by Saturday morning if I keep my Friday on track.
